In 2005, I started Hello New Zealand with the aim of sharing our special country with visitors from around the world. Since then our team of guides and I have shown many adventurous travellers the highlights, and some of the secrets, of New Zealand. Brett Crombie
Born in Dunedin, New Zealand, Brett completed his studies at Otago University before moving to Japan to work as an English teacher.
He then returned to Christchurch to start Hello New Zealand travel. When not arranging travel he enjoys mountaineering, reading and music. |

Hamish Whitta
Born is Christchurch, our chief guide is an avid tramper (hiker) who has spent many days exploring the mountains and hills of the South Island. He loves reading, music and art-house movies and has a highly entertaining repertoire of phrases in several languages. |

Jihye (Elly) Jeon
Elly is from Incheon City, South Korea. She has lived in Christchurch for 4 years, first studying English before moving into the travel and hospitality industry. Elly is in charge of taking care of our Korean customers’ enquiries and works as an assistant tour guide. |

Mayumi Yoan
Mayumi has extensive experience in the travel industry in both Japan in New Zealand. She assists our Japanese customers with inquiries and travel plans. |
